Frontline International manages a fleet of high quality AC buses that ply from different parts of the Ajman-Dubai-Sharjah. All buses have a GPS (Global Positioning System) which help us track them for delays, over-speeding and unexpected changes in the route. Every bus has a ‘bus conductor’ as well as the detailed contact information (mobile #s and/or email ids) of the parents of students travelling on that route.
To ensure safety of our students, the following process is followed:
At the time of departure, the bus conductor ensures students alight at pre-designated drop points. In case a student needs to alight at a different point, a prior note has to be sent to the Transport Officer.
An SMS message is sent to the parent(s) of a student – 5 to 10 minutes before the bus arrives -if there is a delay or change in -at his/her designated pick up /drop point. In the case of unexpected delays, the bus will wait till the parent arrives at the drop point, or, a person from our staff is allocated to alight along with the student. In case the parent himself decides to pick the student he should call the reception two hours pior to the dispersal of the students.
If somebody other than the parent has to come and pick the student up, a prior note has to be sent by the parent to the department supervisor.
